Scott Boykin is a native Texan who makes his home in the Austin area with his wife and two sons.  A lifelong writer, he draws his inspiration from the world around him, and the challenges life sometimes has to offer.  When not writing, he revels in time with his family, indulging his passion for soccer, or exploring the Texas wilderness.

 

Scott is also a passionate proponent of Multiple Sclerosis research and awareness.  He is known to reach out to others suffering from this debilitating disease with a message of hope, solidarity, and positivity.  After receiving his diagnosis thirteen years ago, Scott made a commitment to embrace every moment, and to maintain an outlook of positivity without regard for what tomorrow may bring.

 

While he aims, through his writing, to entertain and captivate, he also seeks to share the same message of hope with his readers.
